Are you a strategic HR leader ready to shape culture and drive transformation across a major UAE real estate group?
Guildhall is partnering with a prominent Abu Dhabi-based real estate holding group to recruit a Group Head of HR who will oversee and elevate the group-wide human capital strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in senior HR leadership positions
• Experience within the Real Estate industry (preferably large-scale developers)
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-entity HR operations at a Group/Holding level
• Strong focus on organizational development, culture building, and strategic workforce planning
