HR Advisor / HR Generalist

We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor / HR Generalist with strong Oil & Gas / Energy industry experience in the UAE or Middle East.

🔑 MUST-HAVE:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience
• *Oil & Gas / Energy industry experience* – Mandatory
• Strong UAE Labour Law & HR Operations knowledge
• HR Advisory / Generalist experience
• Hands-on experience with HRMS / ERP systems
• Strong Employee Relations , Onboarding & Offboarding
• Payroll coordination, HR reporting & employee lifecycle management
• *UAE Driving Licence – Mandatory*
• Excellent English communication skills
