Description:
As the Guest Relationship Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for guests, ensuring they have a smooth, enjoyable stay. You'll handle everything from booking inquiries to post-departure follow-ups, always ensuring the highest level of service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest inquiries, confirm bookings, and provide helpful information before their arrival.
- Ensure guests have a great experience during their stay by addressing their needs and requests.
- Follow up after their stay to gather feedback and encourage repeat bookings.
- Handle any issues or complaints quickly and professionally.
- Work with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to keep properties in top condition.
- Manage bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and cleaning schedules using tools like Hostaway and Price-labs.
- Other administrative jobs if required.
Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality or customer service, preferably in holiday homes or short-term rentals.
- Great communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Hostaway and Price-labs is a plus.
- A car and a valid UAE Driving License are required.
- Valid UAE work visa is required.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Professional appearance and good dressing sense.
