Guest Relations Manager

 

Description:

As the Guest Relationship Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for guests, ensuring they have a smooth, enjoyable stay. You'll handle everything from booking inquiries to post-departure follow-ups, always ensuring the highest level of service.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest inquiries, confirm bookings, and provide helpful information before their arrival.
  • Ensure guests have a great experience during their stay by addressing their needs and requests.
  • Follow up after their stay to gather feedback and encourage repeat bookings.
  • Handle any issues or complaints quickly and professionally.
  • Work with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to keep properties in top condition.
  • Manage bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and cleaning schedules using tools like Hostaway and Price-labs.
  • Other administrative jobs if required.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in hospitality or customer service, preferably in holiday homes or short-term rentals.
  • Great communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Hostaway and Price-labs is a plus.
  • A car and a valid UAE Driving License are required.
  • Valid UAE work visa is required.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Professional appearance and good dressing sense.
