About the Role:

 You will manage requests and bookings from travel agents for premium ground services, including meet and greet, airport transfers, restaurant reservations, tourist attractions, excursions, and private luxury tours.

What We Are Looking For:

• 2 years high-end guest services experience in hospitality or the travel trade
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends if required

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high levels of customer service
• Coordinate ground services including meet and greet, airport transfers, excursions, and private tours
• Liaise with suppliers and partners to ensure seamless service delivery
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
