Inventory Executive

Description:

Talal Group of Companies is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Executive to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in inventory management or retail operations who are eager to contribute to efficient stock control and warehouse processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, monitoring stock movements, and supporting day-to-day inventory operations. Candidates currently residing in the UAE will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.

• Coordinate inventory transactions, stock movements, and reconciliations.

• Prepare inventory reports and assist in stock audits.

• Ensure timely updating of inventory data and resolve stock discrepancies.

• Work closely with warehouse and retail teams to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Support inventory planning and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in inventory management or retail operations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage inventory records with a high level of accuracy.

• Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Inventory management and stock control

• MS Excel and data reporting

• SAP and inventory management systems
