We are seeking a skilled and creative Head Chef with expertise in Afghani and Iranian cuisine to lead our culinary team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing the menu, ensuring an authentic and high-quality dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and create innovative Afghani and Iranian-inspired dishes that reflect the richness and authenticity of these cuisines.

2. Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet the highest standards of taste and visual appeal.

3. Train and lead kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.

4. Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and monitor food costs to maintain budgetary goals.

5. Collaborate with management to design seasonal menus and daily specials, keeping offerings fresh and exciting.

6. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

7. Stay updated on culinary trends, new ingredients, and techniques to continuously enhance the menu.

8. Ensure consistency in taste, portion sizes, and presentation through regular quality checks.

9. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the kitchen team.

10. Address customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef with expertise in Afghani and Iranian cuisine.

2. In-depth knowledge of Afghani and Iranian culinary traditions, ingredients, and cooking techniques.

3. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and guide kitchen staff.

4. Creativity and passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

6. Understanding of food cost control and budget management.

7. Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a reputable culinary establishment.
