This pre-opening role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in luxury environments and excels in creating unforgettable guest experiences.

As the Head Hostess, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the hostess team, ensuring seamless guest reception, table management, and overall front-of-house efficiency. You will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, embodying the elegance, warmth, and sophistication of Italian hospitality from the very first interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a team of hostesses, ensuring consistent performance and presentation

• Manage table allocations and guest seating arrangements in coordination with service staff

• Greet guests with professional courtesy, offering a warm, engaging, and personalized welcome

• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, VIP preferences, and special seating requests with precision

• Maintain a polished front desk area and a calm, composed demeanor during high-volume service periods

• Act as a communication bridge between the dining room and back-of-house to ensure a smooth workflow

• Collaborate closely with the restaurant manager and F&B team to optimize guest satisfaction and service flow

• Resolve guest concerns tactfully while upholding brand reputation and service excellence

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3 to 4 years of proven experience in a similar role within Dubai’s luxury dining scene

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished and professional appearance

• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and inspire a team independently

• Deep understanding of luxury guest service standards and restaurant front-of-house operations

• Familiarity with table management and POS systems

• Strong personal network within Dubai’s F&B industry will be considered an added advantage

• Passionate about hospitality with a natural sense of elegance and warmth
