Head of Audio

Description:

Alliance Events is looking for an experienced and highly capable Head of Audio to lead our Audio Department.

We are looking for a solid leader with strong technical knowledge and proven experience managing audio teams and large-scale live events.

Key Requirements:

* Extensive professional live sound / AV industry experience

* Strong people management and leadership skills

* Ability to lead, motivate, train and develop audio technicians

* Excellent knowledge of professional audio systems, consoles, RF, networking and system deployment

* Strong understanding of technical drawings, system schematics, signal flow and audio design

* Ability to plan manpower, equipment and technical requirements for multiple projects

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

* Able to maintain technical and operational standards across the department

* Fluent in spoken and written English

* Professional, organised and confident dealing with clients, project managers and production teams

* UAE/GCC live-event experience preferred

This is a leadership position. We are looking for someone who can take full ownership of the Audio Department, build a strong team and continuously improve its technical standards.
