Description:

  • As the Head of Culinary & F&B Operations – UAE, you will lead and oversee all food and beverage operations across our UAE venues, ensuring exceptional food quality, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction. You will drive kitchen performance, implement and maintain operational standards, manage food costs and manpower planning, oversee procurement and vendor relationships, and lead continuous improvements across culinary operations. The role also includes managing food execution for events and celebrations, developing scalable systems and SOPs, leading team training initiatives, and spearheading the culinary and operational setup of new venue openings to support the company’s growth across the UAE.

Requirements 

  • 8–12 years of culinary and F&B operations experience. 
  • Proven experience managing high-volume hospitality operations. 
  • UAE hospitality/Entertainment Industry experience preferred. 
  • Pre-opening and event catering experience is an advantage. 
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards. 
  • Experience in procurement, manpower planning, and cost control. 
  • Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field. 
  • Drivers licence & Own Vehicle – Mandatory.
