Italian International School is hiring for 

Head Positions

• Head of Early Years

• Head of Primary

• Head of Secondary

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s (preferably Master’s) in Education or related field

• Relevant teaching certifications (e.g., PGCE)

• Qualifications in school leadership or educational management

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of teaching experience

• At least 2 years in a leadership role (e.g., Head of Department, Deputy Head, Assistant Head)

• Experience in international or bilingual schools preferred

• Proven experience in leading academic teams and driving student outcomes

• Curriculum development, assessment design, and student progress monitoring

Skills:

• Leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate

• Strong organization, communication (English & Italian), and decision-making

• Tech-savvy with educational tools and data analysis

• Knowledge of Italian and international education standards
