Head Of Group Exercises Team

 

Description:

Head of Group Exercise (GX) needs to be able to manage the GX teams and programs at both locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• “Owns” the Program, responsible for delivering operational excellence across the board, including Marketing; Human Resource Management; Member Management; Service-Quality delivery and Member Retention; Scheduling & Programming; P&L Management

• Curate and execute programs and assessment criteria ensuring goals are met in areas including customer progress and customer satisfaction.

• Producing accurate and timely reporting of customer progress throughout its production cycle.

• Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement • Organize and maintain effective communication with members regarding their progress

• Immediately respond to member needs or concerns to ensure the quality of service meets agreed standards

• Promote program in liaison with the relevant stakeholder

• Provide training and direction to Coaches, and PT Coaches in the execution of the program

• Ensure correct conduct of classes and delivery of the program

• Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.

• Perform other duties as required

• Responsible for programs admin assets update (certificates, guides…)

• Managing projects and events with the stakeholders (event production, campaign brief, bookings, logistics…)

• Managing the program’s budget and be accountable on achieving the program’s monthly/quarterly targets

• Reporting of program’s revenue performance and capacity utilization to the management

• Proactive recruitment of potential freelancers and PEPs to deliver the program at its highest quality

• Leave management of full-time team members

• Overall team motivation and attend to disciplinary procedures, as needed

• Managing and utilizing resources which includes but not limited to equipment and area

• In-charge of the opening and closing checklist on the FM Software

• 52 Coaching hours

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching

• Proven experience as a Unit Head or other managerial position

• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods

• Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software is a strong advantage

• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving ability

• BSc/BA diploma in management or a relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus

 

Monthly Salary range 14000 -18000 AED based on experience.
