Head Of Group Taxation

Description:

We are looking for a seasoned tax professional to lead our Group Taxation function and drive strategic tax planning, compliance, and risk management across our hospital group.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead direct and indirect tax compliance and reporting

🔹 Advise on tax planning for new projects, contracts, and funding

🔹 Manage audits, assessments, and interactions with tax authorities

🔹 Develop tax policies and ensure strong internal controls

🔹 Coordinate cross-functionally with finance, legal, and operations teams

🔹 Lead and mentor a team of taxation and finance professionals

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent qualification

✅ 10+ years in corporate taxation (including 8+ in a leadership role)

✅ Experience in the healthcare or hospital industry is a must

✅ Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills
