Description:
You will be an experienced, hands-on HR leader, adept at balancing the strategic and operational needs of the business across the region. You must possess the requisite skills to navigate complex, multi-jurisdictional employment laws across the MENA region and create an environment where a small, high-impact team can deliver exceptional results.
This Will Include
- Proven experience in a HR leadership role, including driving culture, engagement, and people strategy within a multi-site or regional context.
- Knowledge of MENA labour laws (including UAE and KSA) and demonstrated experience in developing and implementing compliant regional HR policies and programs.
- Strong understanding of organisational development, talent management, and change management principles in a smaller business context.
- Expertise in fostering an inclusive workplace culture that respects and leverages the diverse backgrounds of a MENA workforce.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Commercial awareness with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of providing market-informed advice.
- Ability to balance multiple strategic and operational priorities effectively, demonstrating a hands-on approach to ensure seamless service delivery with limited shared resources.
