We are creating a position for a seasoned capital markets leader who will own fundraising, investor relations, and portfolio return strategy while keeping full flexibility.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead capital raising for new project-specific vehicles and future closed-end funds (targeting family offices, HNWI platforms, and institutional co-investors)
• Structure and negotiate JV equity, preferred equity, and mezzanine opportunities
• Build and maintain a global investor pipeline focused on Southeast Asia luxury real estate
• Oversee investment underwriting standards, return modeling, and distribution waterfalls
• Enhance portfolio performance (rental yields + exit timing) to support fundraising narratives and track-record credibility
• Act as the primary relationship owner for existing and future limited partners

You Bring

• 12+ years in private equity, investment management, or capital raising (luxury hospitality or residential strongly preferred)
• Verifiable track record of raising $10M–$40M+
• Existing relationships with family offices, UHNW platforms, and Asian/MIddle East & European private wealth channels
• Deep experience structuring waterfalls, promotes, and preferred returns
