Head Of Merchandising

Description:

We’re working with a high-growth fashion group in Dubai to recruit a commercially driven Head of Merchandising. This strategic role will be office based in Dubai and will oversee the full merchandising cycle—planning, buying, trading, pricing, and execution—across multiple fast-paced, trend-led brands.

You’ll lead seasonal and in-season strategy, use data to drive forecasting and trading, and react quickly to performance. The business prioritises speed to market, AI-driven processes, and high-volume trading. You'll collaborate closely with Buying, Design, and Marketing, and lead a team to deliver commercial results.

Candidates should have extensive experience in merchandising, including senior leadership in a fast fashion or DTC ecommerce environment. Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and leadership experience are essential. Familiarity with automation or AI tools is a plus.
