We are currently seeking a Head of OTC Trading to join our team. This is a full-time remote role that will involve overseeing and managing our OTC trading desk. You will be responsible for executing trades, developing and implementing trading strategies, and managing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in OTC trading, preferably within the digital asset space
• Strong understanding of financial markets and trading strategies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and counterparties
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are a plus
