We are still looking for a Head of Procurement to join a Tier 1 Real Estate Developer in Dubai. This organisation has a remarkable track record of delivering iconic mixed-use, hospitality, and high-end residential projects.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of procurement experience, with a strong focus on projects and developments.
• Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) certification is preferred.
• Proven experience working with Tier 1 developers, consultants, or contractors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of procurement processes in the real estate and construction sectors.
• Excellent leadership and negotiation skills to manage high-value contracts.
