Our client is seeking a highly experienced senior investment professional who launch and lead a new REIT for a Dubai-headquartered family business with a substantive multi-billion-dollar global portfolio.

Essential candidate requirements:

• The successful individual must have proven experience originating and executing numerous REIT IPOs
• Extensive direct experience structuring and listing multiple REITs
• Expertise in managing and launching real estate investment trusts (REITs)
• Deep understanding of market dynamics and deal structuring - hands on experience originating and structuring a REIT / multiple REIT’s
• The role is based in Dubai, UAE
