Are you a strategic thinker with a sharp eye for risk and a passion for optimizing credit policies? We're looking for a Retail Credit Risk Manager to lead our credit card portfolio and drive key decisions around acquisition, exposure, and account management strategies.

In this role, you’ll own end-to-end risk management for one of our fastest-growing product lines — shaping policy, influencing growth, and safeguarding portfolio health.

🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing refinement of credit risk strategies across the credit card lifecycle — including originations, line management, and collections.
  • Analyze portfolio performance, identify emerging risks, and proactively adjust policies to maintain asset quality and profitability.
  • Develop and enhance credit decisioning frameworks using internal data, bureau attributes, and advanced analytics.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Compliance, and Operations to align risk and business goals.
  • Present risk insights, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership and risk committees.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal risk governance frameworks.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in retail credit risk, with direct ownership of credit card portfolio or policies.
  • Strong command of risk strategy development, credit lifecycle management, and portfolio monitoring.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in SQL, Excel, and preferably Python/SAS.
  • Experience working with credit bureau data and credit scoring models.
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business discipline (Master’s preferred).
