Key Responsibilities:

• Drive seafood sales growth across UAE and GCC.
• Manage import operations, ensuring compliance with UAE/GCC regulations.
• Expand business in the HORECA sector and ports through strong industry connections.
• Identify and manage suppliers from key seafood-exporting countries.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors.
• Develop strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
• Lead and mentor the sales team.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years in seafood sales, business development, and import operations in UAE/GCC.
• Strong industry network in HORECA, ports, and supplier management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of UAE/GCC import/export regulations for seafood.
