Our client, a leading real estate development company, is seeking an experienced Head of Sales, CRM & Marketing to lead overall market strategy, drive revenue growth, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen brand positioning. This is a senior leadership role responsible for integrating sales performance, CRM excellence, and marketing strategy across all projects.

 

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue, absorption, and growth targets
  • Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams with clearly defined KPIs
  • Build and maintain strong broker, channel partner, and investor relationships
  • Oversee pricing strategies, project launches, negotiations, and deal closures

CRM & Customer Experience

  • Design and implement CRM systems for lead management, forecasting, and customer lifecycle tracking
  • Ensure a seamless client journey from initial inquiry through handover and after-sales service
  • Leverage data analytics to identify customer trends, retention opportunities, and satisfaction drivers
  • Establish customer loyalty programs and feedback mechanisms aligned with premium brand positioning

Marketing & Brand Management

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and events
  • Oversee creative direction, media planning, and performance marketing for qualified lead generation
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications, launches, and PR engagements
  • Use market intelligence to refine messaging and position the brand as a market leader

Strategic Collaboration & Reporting

  • Partner closely with senior leadership to shape business strategy and go-to-market plans
  • Collaborate with finance and project teams to align sales targets with delivery schedules
  • Deliver regular performance reports, insights, and forecasts to management

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing within UAE real estate development or luxury property
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong expertise in CRM systems, analytics, and performance marketing
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic mindset with strong hands-on execution capability
