We are a dynamic real estate agency in Dubai, working with top-tier developers and a solid portfolio of secondary market properties. Our infrastructure includes AmoCRM, lead generation systems, marketing support, and administrative assistance. We are looking for an ambitious Sales Director ready to scale the sales department and deliver measurable results.

 

🔹 Responsibilities:

 

Lead the sales department: recruit, onboard, and develop a team of agents

Structure and manage the sales funnel through AmoCRM

Develop and implement sales plans for both off-plan and resale properties

Monitor KPI performance and motivate the team

Participate in strategic planning and decision-making

Build relationships with developers and represent the company at offline events

Analyze and improve conversion rates at all stages of the sales cycle

 

🔹 Requirements:

 

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar real estate leadership role

Proven ability to manage a sales team: hiring, training, performance management

Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market

English proficiency at C1 level or above

Experience with AmoCRM or similar modern CRM platforms

Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
