Head Of Structural Department-lead Structural Design Engineer

Description:

This position will involve supervising activities, in the UAE and KSA guaranteeing notch engineering quality, customer satisfaction and company growth.

Your key responsibilities include:

· Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team of structural engineers, draftsmen, and project coordinators.

· Lead and manage technical operations across the UAE and KSA.

· Develop and implement technical strategies to support business growth and customer needs.

· Provide expert technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

· Coordinate with internal teams to optimize product performance and service delivery.

· Maintain and enhance relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and industry partners.

· Monitor and ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and innovation.

As for competencies, skills, and experience, we're looking for someone with:

· Bachelor’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering, or a related technical field

· 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing structural engineering role,

· At least 2 years in similar role

· Deep technical expertise in structural design, analysis, and project management

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.

· Proficiency in structural analysis software, ETABS, SAFE, IDEA STATICA

· Excellent spoken and written language capabilities in English.

· Willingness to adapt to different culture.
