Role Overview:

As the Head of Talent Acquisition, your mission will be to hire 15+ top-tier A-Players across the UAE and India within the next 12 months. You will drive the entire recruitment process, implement OKRs to boost accountability, and create a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit & Onboard A-Players: Build a high-performing team across both regions
• Develop a Recruitment Process: Create and optimize a data-driven recruitment pipeline
• OKR Implementation: Ensure goal clarity for 100% of employees through OKRs within 6 months
• Performance Culture: Establish a performance-driven environment with 80% employee satisfaction
• Talent Retention: Achieve an 85% retention rate for top talent within 12 months

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• 15 A-players hired and onboarded within 12 months.
• 100% OKR adoption within 6 months.
• 85% retention rate for A-players.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5-10 years in talent acquisition & performance management in tech-driven environments.
• Proven track record in UAE & India markets.
• Expertise in OKR implementation and building performance-driven cultures.

Soft Skills:

• Proactive, results-oriented, and data-driven.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Mandatory: Candidates must be living in the UAE.
