How does your working day look like …
- Supervise, mentor, and train a team of therapists to deliver exceptional spa services.
- Schedule, manage, and delegate work assignments for the therapy team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Ensure that all therapists are up to date with industry trends and hotel protocols.
- Deliver personalized treatments (e.g., massages, facials, body scrubs, etc.) in accordance with the guest's preferences and needs.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive and memorable spa experience.
- Ensure the spa’s ambiance, cleanliness, and atmosphere reflect the luxury standards of a five-star hotel.
- Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each massage.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of spa services, products, and techniques.
- Perform a variety of high-end treatments, ensuring guests' comfort and satisfaction.
- Oversee the quality of treatments delivered by other therapists to ensure consistency in service standards.
- Maintain an ample supply of products, oils, towels, sheets, and other necessary supplies in a neat and orderly fashion within the massage/face/body work area. Preparation of kits as required/needed.
- Oversee the ordering, stock levels, and inventory of spa products.
- Ensure the spa uses high-quality products and that the inventory is managed effectively.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure consistent product availability.
- The ability to courteously interact and answer all facility related questions with members and guests.
- Work closely with the Spa Manager/Director to improve spa offerings and performance.
- Assist in achieving the spa’s financial and operational goals.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives to promote the spa and its services to hotel guests.
Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in similar role of Senior Spa therapist, knowledge of local market, experience in hospitality.
- Certified Degree in therapy education
- Extensive knowledge of spa treatments, products, and techniques.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
