Description:
The Healthcare Campaign & Patient Engagement Executive serves as the bridge between healthcare consumers and participating providers.
The role is responsible for managing healthcare campaigns from initial patient inquiry through appointment coordination and provider engagement. This includes responding to leads, guiding patients to suitable healthcare services, coordinating bookings, supporting healthcare quotations, and ensuring providers are fully aligned with campaign objectives and operating procedures.
The successful candidate will combine excellent customer service skills, healthcare knowledge, campaign coordination abilities, strong digital & technology adaptability and relationship management expertise to deliver an exceptional patient experience while supporting PricelessMed's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Engagement & Lead Management
- Respond to patient inquiries received through WhatsApp, phone calls, website forms, social media, and other communication channels.
- Guide users to the most suitable healthcare services, providers, packages, and offers available on the PricelessMed platform.
- Convert inquiries into appointments, quotations, voucher generations, and service bookings.
- Coordinate directly with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Visit healthcare providers when required to conduct campaign briefings, training sessions, and operational alignment.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates through PricelessMed reporting systems.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, appointments, and campaign activities within the CRM and internal dashboards.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and provider relations teams to maximize campaign performance and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, quotations, and campaign activities.
- Update CRM systems and internal tracking tools consistently.
- Generate periodic reports on inquiry volumes, conversion rates, campaign performance, and customer engagement metrics.
- Participate in weekly operational and performance meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare-related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare operations, patient relations, customer service, healthcare coordination, provider relations, healthcare marketing, or medical sales.
- Strong understanding of the UAE healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, radiology centers, wellness providers, and specialty healthcare services.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
