We are looking for a Healthcare Projects & Partnerships Manager to join our growing team. This role is a unique opportunity to work directly with our leadership team on high-profile national healthcare projects and government tenders. You will play a central role in scouting new projects, securing strategic partners, managing collaborations, and co-developing proposals that shape the future of healthcare in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Project Scouting & Tenders – Track, evaluate, and prepare for government & semi-government healthcare tenders and RFPs.

✅ Partnership Development – Identify, approach, and secure collaborations with leading local and global subcontractors, service providers, and healthcare partners.

✅ Proposal Management – Draft, refine, and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals with the leadership team.

✅ Business Development – Conduct market research, analyze trends, and explore new service lines and innovative technologies.

✅ Stakeholder Engagement – Act as a bridge with government organizations (EHS, MOHAP, SEHA, DHA, PPP offices) and private sector partners.

What We’re Looking For

• minimum 3-5 years’ proven experience in business development, partnerships, or healthcare projects in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of government tendering, proposal writing, and contract management.

• An extensive network in the UAE healthcare ecosystem.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in Arabic & English.

• A proactive, strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
