As a Holiday Consultant, you will play a key role in assisting clients to plan, design, and book customized holiday packages suited to their needs. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end travel arrangements and ensuring a seamless, enjoyable experience for all travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in organizing and booking their holiday travel plans.

• Create customized travel itineraries based on individual preferences, seasonal trends, and budget constraints.

• Manage reservations for flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation.

• Maintain and update accurate records of client bookings, payments, and special requests.

• Stay informed about popular and emerging travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel advisories.

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Promote and upsell additional travel services to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in travel sales or customer service, preferably within a travel agency or DMC.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in booking platforms and travel management software is an advantage.

• Ability to manage multiple bookings in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in Tagalog is highly preferred to cater to the Filipino-speaking clientele.
