Ticketing Agent (travel & Tourism)

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Ticketing Agent to join our travel and tourism team in Al Qiyadah. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in airline ticket reservations, reissuance, and customer service using GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

Book and issue domestic and international flight tickets

Handle rebooking, cancellations, and refunds

Provide clients with the best travel options and pricing

Manage group bookings and special fare requests

Stay updated on airline policies, travel restrictions, and promotions

Maintain strong customer service and follow-ups


✅ Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years UAE experience in ticketing and reservations

Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre)

Strong communication and sales skills

Good command of English (additional languages a plus)

Immediate joiners preferred
