We are seeking a skilled and experienced Holiday Manager to take charge of our leisure travel operations. This role suits a travel industry professional who has in-depth global visa expertise and a strong background in creating, managing, and delivering tailor-made holiday experiences while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Create, promote, and sell customized holiday packages for a wide range of international destinations
- Oversee the complete holiday booking process, including hotels, tours, activities, and ground transfers
- Manage and process global visa applications, including Schengen, UK, and other major destinations
- Offer expert travel advice and personalized itinerary planning based on client preferences
- Coordinate closely with international DMCs, airlines, and suppliers to secure quality services and competitive rates
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through excellent service delivery
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in a holiday or leisure travel management role
- Mandatory strong knowledge of global visa procedures and requirements
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service abilities
- Highly organized, proactive, and focused on client satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently within a hybrid working model
