Housekeeping Supervisor

Description:

A 4-Star Hotel in the UAE is hiring an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service quality. This role is suitable for professionals with previous hotel housekeeping supervision experience and strong team management skills.

The selected candidate will supervise housekeeping staff, ensure cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the property, and support smooth daily operations. Candidates must be currently available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities.

• Manage housekeeping staff and ensure efficient workflow.

• Maintain hotel cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas.

• Monitor housekeeping quality and ensure compliance with hotel procedures.

• Support team training and provide guidance to housekeeping employees.

• Prepare and maintain housekeeping-related records and reports.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to supervise housekeeping teams and maintain service standards.

• Must be currently available in the UAE.
