Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who can provide comprehensive support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and general HR administrative tasks. Familiarity with the DMCC portal will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure new employees are smoothly integrated into the organization.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Facilitate employee relations and support day-to-day HR administration tasks.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple HR tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to handle documentation and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Previous experience working in the UAE HR environment is preferred.
