Hr Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to oversee and manage the human resources operations across our group of companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and supporting overall workforce development. This position reports directly to the CEO and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• 4–8 years of progressive experience in human resources management
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple HR operations across different entities
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Female candidates preferred; immediate joiners will be prioritized
• UAE driving license is an advantage

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Saturday and Sunday off)

Salary and Benefits:
Competitive salary range between AED 8,000–10,000 based on experience and qualifications.
