A respected company operating in the shipping and maritime sector is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations and support a diverse workforce. This role is based in Dubai and offers a competitive salary of AED 15,000.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Full-spectrum HR experience covering recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, HR policy implementation and payroll coordination.
• Proven experience in both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment, understanding the different requirements, screening and onboarding processes for each group.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and manage sensitive employee matters professionally.
• Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law and practical experience applying regulations to HR processes and contracts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shipping/maritime environment and support operational business needs with timely HR solutions.
