Description:
We’re looking for an experienced HR & OD Manager to build and lead the HR function from scratch. This is a strategic role with direct impact on company structure, policies, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Develop hiring strategy aligned with business growth
- Write clear Job Descriptions and define target profiles
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Oversee onboarding for new hires
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage employee records, contracts, payroll, and benefits
- Oversee attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations
- Design and implement HR policies and procedures
3. Organizational Structure & Strategic HR
- Design and maintain company org chart
- Define roles, responsibilities, and career paths
- Provide regular reports to senior management on HR KPIs
4. Training & Development
- Design onboarding programs for new employees
- Implement learning and development plans for current staff
- Measure effectiveness of training and track improvements
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Ensure clear reporting lines between department managers and team members
- Prepare weekly/monthly HR reports for management
- Coordinate HR activities across departments
6. Compliance & Legal
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
- Manage employee visas, insurance, and government requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR professional
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and organizational design
- Experience building HR systems and policies from scratch
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English preferred
- Strategic mindset with ability to work under pressure, especially in first 6 monthsm
