Aroma International Building Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter (Overseas Manpower) to join their growing team. This role involves traveling internationally to conduct, manage, and coordinate interviews for skilled and unskilled manpower recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of overseas hiring processes and be capable of handling large-scale recruitment drives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct and coordinate international recruitment interviews for worker-category manpower.
• Work closely with the HR Manager to plan and execute recruitment drives with multiple agents.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with new and existing recruitment partners.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination between company management and external recruitment agencies.
• Manage documentation and compliance related to overseas hiring.

Requirements:
• Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, ideally in overseas manpower.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns across countries.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently for recruitment purposes.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
