🔍 Key Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, administration, or traffic/project coordination (agency experience is an advantage)
- Strong understanding of HR support functions (recruitment assistance, onboarding, employee documentation)
- Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks and workflow allocation across teams
- Skilled in managing workflow, task allocation, and deadlines across multiple departments
- Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with HR/traffic management tools
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach
