We’re seeking a proactive and organized HR/Traffic Administrator to keep our operations and workflows running smoothly. This role bridges HR administration with traffic management, ensuring that team tasks are well-coordinated, deadlines are met, and employees are supported in their day-to-day needs. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

 

🔍 Key Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR, administration, or traffic/project coordination (agency experience is an advantage)
  • Strong understanding of HR support functions (recruitment assistance, onboarding, employee documentation)
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks and workflow allocation across teams
  • Skilled in managing workflow, task allocation, and deadlines across multiple departments
  • Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with HR/traffic management tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach

 

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and allocate resources effectively across projects
  • Act as the central point of communication between departments for daily workflow
  • Coordinate and track tasks across departments to ensure timely delivery
  • Serve as a communication bridge between teams for project and task alignment
  • Support HR processes including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee records management
  • Prepare regular reports on workflow, team capacity, and HR-related updates
  • Monitor deadlines, follow up with teams, and flag bottlenecks to management
  • Contribute to process improvements for smoother workflow and team efficiency
