HSE Manager

Description:

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced HSE Manager to oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance within airport operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for a highly motivated safety professional with extensive UAE experience and a strong background in aviation or airport operations.

The successful candidate will lead HSE initiatives, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and promote a strong safety culture across operational teams. Professionals with proven leadership abilities, relevant certifications, and experience working in fast-paced airport environments are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Health, Safety, and Environmental programs across airport operations.

• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, aviation standards, and company policies.

• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.

• Develop and implement HSE procedures, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Provide safety guidance, training, and support to operational teams and stakeholders.

• Prepare HSE reports and maintain accurate compliance documentation.

• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and internal departments to maintain operational safety standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.

• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is mandatory.

• NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH, or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification is preferred.

• 7–10 years of HSE experience within the UAE. 

GeographicReference

• Previous experience in airport or aviation operations, including ground handling, airline, or airport operator environments, is highly preferred.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Valid UAE Driving License and willingness to work shifts, including meeting airside access requirements.

• Strong knowledge of:

• GCAA Regulations

• IATA AHM and ISAGO Standards

• UAE HSE and Labour Laws

• Risk Assessment and Safety Management Systems
