Founded in 2024, ZENTRIS Management Training is a Dubai based institute specializing in Management Training, Technical & Occupational Training, and Health & Safety Training. Our aim is to empower professionals and industry workforce through training courses focused on professional and technical development, workplace safety, and operational excellence.

We are currently looking for a HSE Officer to join our team:

HSE Officer Qualifications:

• NEBOSH IGC certification (additional safety certifications are a plus.)
• 3–5 years of experience in health and safety roles, preferably within the Manufacturing & Industrial Production, Logistics & Warehousing, Retail & Hospitality, and Construction industry.

HSE Officer Skills:

• Risk Assessment: Ability to identify hazards and assess risks in various work environments.
• Knowledge of Safety Regulations: Familiarity with local regulations, laws, and industry standards
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate safety standards and procedures to all levels of staff.
• Problem Solving Skills: Addressing safety issues and finding practical solutions, incident management, auditing, and analytical tasks.
• Attention to Detail: Identifying potential hazards or discrepancies that others might miss.
• Technology Awareness: Familiarity with software related to risk management, data analysis, and reporting (e.g., Excel, hazard analysis software).
