Hse Trainer

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HSE Trainer based in Dubai. The HSE Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality health and safety training sessions, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with local and international safety standards. The trainer will also develop training materials, organize safety workshops, and provide continuous education and guidance to employees on best safety practices. Engaging with different departments and stakeholders to foster a culture of safety across the organization will be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Health & Safety and NEBOSH certification
• Strong Communication and Training skills
• Expertise in Safety Training
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment
• Engineering Bachelor's degree in any stream
• Experience in delivering HSE training in various industry sectors is a plus
• UAE Driving License is an advantage
