The Human Resources and Talent Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations across multiple hospitality concepts. The Human Resources and Talent Manager designs and executes talent acquisition strategies, builds employer branding initiatives, and ensures compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies. Day-to-day tasks include partnering with leadership to forecast staffing needs, developing training and development programs, managing HR documentation and systems, and supporting managers with coaching and workforce planning. The role also involves promoting a positive workplace culture, handling conflict resolution, and driving HR projects that enhance engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

 

  • Candidates should possess strong HR operations skills, including experience with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Candidates should possess talent management and workforce planning skills, including succession planning, career development, and organizational design.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of UAE labor law, HR compliance, and policy development to ensure ethical and lawful people practices.
  • Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to coach managers, resolve conflicts, and build cross-functional relationships.
  • Candidates should possess experience with HR systems and data, including HRIS tools, reporting, and using people analytics to inform decisions.
  • Candidates should possess leadership and change management skills, with the ability to drive HR initiatives that support growth and cultural consistency across multiple brands.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, F&B, or multi-site operations in the GCC region is highly beneficial, along with fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
