Inclusion Teacher

Description:

We’re looking for a committed and compassionate Inclusion Teacher to join Dubai Gem Private School beginning January 2026. The successful candidate will provide targeted support to students with diverse learning needs, promote an inclusive classroom culture, and collaborate closely with classroom teachers and families to help each learner reach their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver tailored learning support for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
• Work in partnership with mainstream teachers to adapt lessons and implement differentiated strategies.
• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share progress and coordinate support.
• Foster a respectful, encouraging, and accessible learning environment for all students.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrable experience supporting SEND students in a school setting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to inclusive best practices and student-centered instruction.
