Inclusion Teacher

Dubai Gem Private School is currently looking to hire a passionate and dedicated Inclusion Teacher to join its team in Dubai. The school delivers the UK National Curriculum from Nursery through to IGCSE and A Levels and is recognized for maintaining a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student is encouraged to achieve their best.

This full-time, on-site role involves working closely with students who have additional learning needs, ensuring they receive the appropriate academic and emotional support. The successful candidate will play an important role in promoting inclusive education practices throughout the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to students with varying learning needs
• Apply inclusive teaching strategies within the classroom aligned with the UK curriculum
• Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to strengthen inclusive practices
• Support student engagement, participation, and confidence in learning
• Assist in staff development by sharing knowledge and strategies related to inclusion

Requirements:

• Strong background in education and teaching
• Expertise or experience in special education
• Hands-on experience in inclusive classroom environments
• Ability to effectively support both students and colleagues
• Experience with the UK curriculum (UAE experience is preferred)
