Interior Designer

Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Interior Designer based in Dubai, allowing a mix of onsite and remote work arrangements. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and functional interior design solutions. Primary tasks include space planning, developing architectural and construction drawings, facilitating design execution, selecting and specifying FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and ensuring that all designs adhere to functional and aesthetic requirements. The candidate will collaborate with clients and team members to transform concepts into visually stunning and efficient spaces, oversee projects, and assist in project management as required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and creating functional layouts that effectively utilize the environment.
• Strong understanding of Architecture principles and the ability to produce detailed Construction Drawings.
• Expertise in Interior Design with a focus on innovative and aesthetically engaging solutions.
• Experience in specifying and selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) to align with design objectives.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D rendering tools.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for client interaction and teamwork.
• Experience in healthcare design and familiarity with industry compliance and safety standards is a plus.
