What You’ll Do

• Conceptualized and designed interior layouts, finishes, and furnishings for premium real estate properties.
• Collaborate with clients, developers, and real estate agents to align vision and execution. Using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3D Max, develop detailed mood boards, material samples, and 3D visuals.
• Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
• Oversee execution to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Stay current with trends in luxury interiors, materials, and sustainable design.

Who We’re Looking For

• Design Passion: A strong aesthetic sense with an eye for detail.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max/SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and interior rendering software.
• Client-Focused: Great communication and presentation skills.
• Organized & Reliable: Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Languages: English is a must. Additional languages like Arabic or Hindi are a plus.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 2+ years of experience in luxury residential interior design.
• Portfolio showcasing completed high-end projects (preferred).
