Interior Designer

Description:

We are seeking a Interior Designer to join our clients dynamic design studio. This role is central to the conceptualization, development, and execution of high-end residential interiors. The ideal candidate combines strong creative direction with technical expertise, demonstrating an eye for spatial planning, refined material selection, and excellence in client presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the interior design process from concept to completion across luxury villa and residential projects.

- Develop sophisticated spatial layouts and floor plans with a strong sense of proportion and flow.

- Guide and direct the 3D visualization team to ensure renderings align with the project vision.

- Prepare compelling presentation decks using tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite.

- Oversee FF&E selections with a refined understanding of finishes, textures, and detailing.

- Produce and review technical drawings using AutoCAD, and coordinate documentation in Revit.

- Work closely with the architectural team to ensure interior and architectural elements integrate seamlessly.

- Source materials, finishes, and suppliers aligned with the project’s aesthetic and budget.

- Engage in client presentations and revisions, maintaining a high level of professionalism and design integrity throughout.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

- 7+ years of professional experience in high-end residential design.

- Proven ability to develop concept design, detailed drawings, and mood/material boards.

- Strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

- Experience in 3D visualization workflows and communicating clearly with 3D artists.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
