Investor Co-founder & Chief Operating Partner

We are looking for a UAE National (Emirati) investor co-founder to join Gaurav and Hemant in building AXON's customer and commercial operations. This is an equity co-founder role with a personal investment starting from AED 250,000. It is not a salaried vacancy.

AXON is being developed as a private personal AI for executives and business owners. It is designed to organise their information and carry out defined work, with permissions and control built around the owner.

This is an early-stage opportunity, with development work in place. The incoming partner will help validate customer needs, shape the offering and build the operating approach.

The partnership

• You join as a co-founder and shareholder in AXON, in an active operating role based in Dubai.
• Personal investment required: starting from AED 250,000, invested into the business in return for your equity stake. The minimum is a floor, not a fixed amount.
• The ownership structure, equity percentage, decision rights and remuneration are agreed before commitment, following mutual due diligence and signed agreements.

What you would lead

• Work with executives and business owners to identify valuable initial use cases.
• Develop relationships with suitable early customers and pilot participants.
• Help define the customer proposition, pricing and onboarding experience.
• Coordinate customer requirements with the technical team.
• Establish processes for implementation, customer support and feedback.
• Turn lessons from early engagements into a repeatable commercial offering.

What we bring

Both founders remain actively involved. We bring the technical development and product work already undertaken. Discussions will include a demonstration of current capabilities and a clear account of what remains under development.

Who we want to meet

• UAE National (Emirati). Other GCC nationals considered.
• An entrepreneur or operator who understands how executives and business owners work and can translate their needs into a practical service.
• Experience in operations, technology implementation, executive services or customer development is valuable.
• Comfortable working through uncertainty and taking responsibility for execution.
• Available for hands-on involvement in Dubai.
