MB Services FZ LLC is looking for dedicated Italian Customer Service Representatives to join our expanding team in Dubai. We are seeking Dubai-based candidates who are fluent in both English and Italian. Prior experience in back-office customer service is considered an advantage.
Role Overview:
Address and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate, timely assistance and maintain detailed customer records.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts is required.
Location: Dubai Outsource City (On-site)
Salary: AED 7,000/month (including Bonus)
