A well-established European Interior Build & Contracting Group based in Dubai is on the lookout for a talented and detail-oriented Joinery Draftsman to join their team. This role is focused specifically on luxury villa projects and villa renovations, and requires hands-on experience in joinery drafting within the UAE. The ideal candidate will contribute to the team by developing high-quality, precise technical drawings for premium residential fit-outs.

Key Qualifications:
• Diploma or Degree in Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years experience in AutoCAD drafting specifically for joinery and architectural works within the UAE
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Prior experience working on high-end luxury villa interiors and renovation projects is essential

Primary Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed and precise joinery, fit-out, and architectural drawings for villas and villa renovation projects
• Collaborate with senior architects, designers, and project managers to develop refined interior concepts
• Create technical documents, construction details, and project specifications as required
• Ensure all drawings align with UAE building codes and design standards
• Work efficiently to meet tight project timelines while upholding the highest quality standards
