📊 What you'll be doing:
•Manage cheque collections and receivables (Cash/Cheque/Transfers), and post/reconcile incoming payments to customer accounts.
•Maintain accurate AR records, issue daily collection reports, and upload invoices with acknowledged documents on customer portals.
•Resolve billing discrepancies, respond to customer inquiries, and coordinate with sales and customer service teams for quick issue resolution.
•Update and maintain customer master data (pricing, credit terms) as required.
•Assist with monthly finance closure, reporting activities, audits, and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
•Perform other general accounting tasks as assigned.

📌 What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or general accounting (fresh graduates may be considered on exception basis).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards (e.g., IFRS or GAAP).
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems is a plus (e.g., Oracle).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in both verbal and written English.
Prior experience in e-commerce or FMCG is a plus.
